Literally zero of the new uarch features are enabled in drivers yet. We won't know how RX Vega is going to perform until all the uarch features that are supposed to make it better than Fury are actually enabled.

Unfortunately, that means two more weeks until we actually know whether Vega is DOA or AMD sandbagged like crazy.
