Do you use Chrome, or Chromium? They use HTML5 for YouTube which doesn't support hardware accelerated decode, use Firefox or some other browser that supports it. Chrome might, I haven't used it in years so idk if it is still doesn't support it. Do some googling dude. None of this shit is hard to figure out.
