How reliable is Audio Identifier 0.7.1 for checking that my .flacs aren't transcodes? I've just scanned all my .flacs and most of them come back green, but a few dozen albums have come back red and in the encoder column it says 'error on scanning'. None have any other error message. If they are bad I don't mind, I'll just replace them, just wondering like.

After some testing (using RED) it turns out that if you fuck up filters completely (like setting FL:yes on RED) you don't get any announces in autodl-irssi message box.
So I turned all filters off leaving only the site it's supposed to filter (AB), which as I checked on RED works getting you all torrents uploaded.

Maybe I fucked passkey (but once again after testing using RED, with wrong passkey you still see announces in autodl-irssi dialogue box).

Where am I fucking up? Does it just not work on AB?

You don't need to test using Hexchat. irssi is an IRC client and if there are errors you'll see them in the status tab.
Based on what info you've been providing, I have a sinking feeling that you aren't actually looking at the irssi client on your server, but rather the autodl-irssi tab in something like ruTorrent.

It'll depend on your seedbox provider, but I know that some give you ssh access to view your screen sessions.
Either way, I am pretty sure you're connected just fine if the autodl tab is reporting that the channel is being monitored.
Fix your filters. Try without FL for now and maybe even a blank filter. You can set it to save the torrent file instead so you don't just start torrenting everything announced.

There are not going to be many who reach elite on bib. Even with all the users from red there is going to be only a small boost.

People don't realize that it's way easier to join HDB via AHD if you have oldish account there. There's no trump rules for movies so uploading 100 random ass encodes is just as easy as uploading 100 books. Everything else is easier compared to +20gb on bib. It took me ages, most of my audiobooks are still at 0 snatches. Only thing that's hard is that you need like 2year old account to reach king.
