Phones. I'm actually tempted to get a 128GB iPod touch for movies and music but I hate iTunes and my iPod touch first gen still works fine, and with afc2add I can transfer files over USB without jewTunes.

I was wondering the same thing. I went on apple website to see some prices and the iPod tab was gone. I went on archive.org and it was removed a good couple of years ago. Shitty cheap android phones are the way to go unless you want the amp/dac form the iPod touch or IOS. No reason for the iPod nano or shuffle to exist.

I'm constantly tempted to pick up a Meizu Pro just for the Audio output.

32-bit 192kHz that can drive 300Ohm cans in a phone. Haven't heard of anyone doing proper testing wit it, but Meizu originally included the amplifier design as part of their marketing material for the Pro 6.
