That's honestly pretty stupid. Synthesized plasmids have been around for decades. All they did was take an existing technology and spend 10 seconds writing down a retarded scheme for mapping bases to bits. It's common sense that if you synthesize a plasmid, put it in a bacteria, then isolate it and sequence it later IT'LL STILL BE THE FUCKING SAME.
