Can i make a 3d voice chat world in unity for android?
I a noob to video game making but want to make it so you can talk in the microphone to oththeavatars and the further away you are the lower the volume.
I also want to make it that you can change the color of your avatar before starting.

I mean if it's just a "I wanna see if I can do it, I think it'd be cool" kind of hobby project, then sure, don't let me stand in your way. It'll be a big project for one novice developer to tackle, though.
But if you're intending on it being a popular app or (even worse) making any money off of it, you'll have to fight tooth and nail against a million other people, most of whom are okay with using lots of shilling and other dirty tricks. The Play Store is the Dickensian slum of the software world.
