Is Asp.net Core ready for production?

How is .net core btw? Easy to use?
>>61352747
Super easy. Not as much documentation ATM though.

Upbump.
I want to know more about asp.ner core.

Very easy, it's constantly changing but it's no big deal if you are using it with containers or something that doesn't requires you to be updating infrastructure.
There's a lot of bloat from the old asp days that is now gone, it's very easy to add functionality and cross-cutting concerts.
I'm very happy building microservices on it.
With 2.0 there will be more compatibility with older libraries but so far I haven't been at a point where I can't implement something due to lack of support or a library/alternative.

Also, Rider is very good for a beta, with net core you could develop it all under OSX or Linux.
