So I'm the anon who asked around for chink laser advice a few weeks back. I bought this for ~4$ off AliExpress without the charger and battery which I already had. Here's a little review for other anons who may be interested in getting a laser from china.

I've had a true 5mW laser before and when I compare them, I'd say this one is 10-15mW which is not a big difference but the dot is considerably brighter. I've asked the seller what's the power of this laser, but he didn't respond nor does it say in listing's description.

So before anyone asks, yes it's a burning laser. When you focus the lens like in the last picture, you can burn black fabric and plastic. Anything less than pitch black colour? Won't happen. On a cloudy day in a slightly dim room you can clearly see the beam and during the night, it's basically an infinite, very thin lightsaber. The beam, unfortunately, seems to increase in size quite a bit after a few dozen meters even though when you point it towards the sky, it looks perfectly focused. I could post some night shots if anyone is interested. It also comes with a pair of keys which are used to turn it on. I find it particularly cool because it won't get accidentally turned on in your pocket or bag.

My unit did came a bit fucked, though. The lens wasn't perfectly aligned inside the laser and I had a dim spot below the dot so I ripped the lens off, aligned it and glued it back. You can align the lens by moving it until the dot is right above the laser. If the dot changes direction, the lens isn't aligned well. Just be careful if you plan to move it since the lens is a small, plastic piece inside the laser head (which you can unscrew easly) and if it gets scratched, you're fucked for good.

For 4$, I'm happy with it. Any other anons with lasers?

Bought the Tennmak MMCX aptX Bluetooth cable, pretty good for the price. It's not quite as portable as my old Purdio MX820 cable as it's longer but its wireless range is a lot better and it's a quarter of the price. The drawback is that powering it on seems to take ages to connect to my phone, a good 8-10 seconds to connect while my Purdio cable took like 3-4 seconds and I have no idea why that is.

It comes with a case, short micro USB cable, manual and the thing itself.

If you're looking for a Bluetooth cable with aptX then I definitely recommend this as it's the cheapest in the market currently. If you have an iPhone for whatever reason (you won't be on this thread if you did), don't bother as it doesn't support aptX.

C is the most common key to find stuff in, particularly beginner stuff so its probably what you want although it varies by genre and song, since you only get 1 key per instrument you'll probably want multiple to be able to match whatever you're playing with eventually
Sharp edges should be pretty easy to fix, just need a little sandpaper. It shouldn't change the tone or anything if its just the edges of the reed plate. I ended up doing that on my $30 hohner, although it wasn't that bad to start with.

Any music anons here? Bought a cheap mini Ammoon mechanical metronome off aliexpress. It actually works surprisingly well.

The metronome itself looks nice on my desk and is just slightly larger than a Ganzo© G742.
Function wise, it is accurate within 1 BPM , and is rated from 60 to 208 bpm but can go a little faster. At first it sounded out of time, but once broken in it behaved perfectly.

Overall I'd say it is one of the higher quality purchases I've made and it is great if you want an attractive and small metronome.

I can't really say for sure. I was thinking about building a headless kit based on a steinberger, but I haven't really looked into the complete ones. I know that the fake Gibsons have improved in quality quite a bit from reading around and watching some reviews, but I'm not really sure about other guitars. A lot of the kits have QC issues, but this one went together relatively nicely. I think most of the complaints come from people who buy cheap ones or don't put in enough time. Depends how much you're willing to spend, I got me 5 of the cheapest Quartz watches for around 8 euros total, 2 of them were already broken when they arrived, I kept the other 3 in a drawer for a week to see whether they were in sync or not and luckily they were working well, I've been using one of them for almost 2 months now and still in sync, the others I gifted away but they probably still work fine.
You've to buy more then one if you're going for the cheapest shit, it's like playing dice. Resell or give away the others you don't need after, or keep for spare parts in case the one you use breaks. I didn't throw away the 2 broken ones so I can use their batteries and other parts.

DHL says if I don't pay custom it will return the item to the sender. Chinks claim that DHL will destroy it.
