What if the goobers make the Internet kill

>7z
what's wrong with that!!!
>multiple APIs
I'm a brainlet, you think I'm actually trying to automate this? I'll individually download all the files lol
>retarded
b-but it should work
What data, your anime collection or reaction image folder?
>>61324364
all the important shit on my hard drive (chinese cartoons), so about 200 GB at the most
>>61324173
one site goes down, all your data is lost.
huge transfer times up and down.
how do you know which volume a particular file is in?
Just host an FTP server in your house.

I do the exact same thing because I can't afford hard drives, so I constantly have to upload stuff on free cloud services (without splitting them because I don't want to lose everything in case I lose access to one account).
I'm constantly worrying about losing shit due to one of them closing, accounts getting banned (either for inactivity or for having multiple), etc.
I'm always looking for new reliable services, so if you guys know one I'd be very grateful.

Just use this anon. It's your idea but ten times better.
>upload media files to random ftp servers and copy to back up a back up hard drive
>only 7zip left over personal data and encrypt it
>upload data to multiple free hosting sites and copy it to at least one flash drive for quick access.
Fixed.

Hosting an FTP in your house, as a non-techie, is much more of a pain in the ass than just managing multiple websites for redundancy.
Also, the hardware and electricity costs.
