You can use the minimum disk space option. so folders only sync when you have at least X Mbytes of free space available ;)

well, i didn't know that it exists.
But it looks more complicated to setup. Syncthing is nearly foolproof to setup and use

Even though I'm pretty intrigued, this idea is straight up bad.
I don't want to give out my device ID (and IP, probably) just so I can download some files, contents of which I have no way of knowing in advance.

And yeah, I can backup my Syncthing config files and start a fresh device to mess about, but that still doesn't make it enticing enough.
