I have a crosshair VI and the number of USB ports is nice, as well as having an actual USB2.0 controller for the oddball piece of hardware that doesn't play nice with USB3.0.
Also, having an 8-phase VCore VRM is nice. Doesn't even break 60'c on a heavy overclock with virtually no airflow.
I would recommend the WiFi AC version that came out recently though.
