I prefer to hire non Americans,the simple reason is because most of the americans who i have given job to keep switching jobs ,have been fired from previous job due to illicit behaviour,most of the time complaint that they are hungover,lack of discussion towards group,no management skills

They pollute the workforce with subpar knowledge. They learn "programming" with just basic shit, but never actually learn architecture, algorithms, systems, security, or any other important, higher-level theory.

They also smell like shit. For real, the americanized-indians in my CS department (the ones born and raised in the US) always tell horror stories of when they had to go to india with their family. Everyone smells like shit and it's just a backwater place from how every story goes. They all hate it.

I have worked with a number of Indian engineers and all of them are equally as pleasant as their white counterparts. But whatever.
