g403 is too tiny and consumes too much battery

There's nothing good about it. It has a shit tier flawed sensor and angle snapping. It's just a meme. The G400 and G400s use the same design, don't have the dumb dented metal finish and both have flawless sensors (though early G400 stock had angle snapping, removed in later revisions). They're objectively superior.
>>

Shit generalisation. It's probably not good it you're a serious gamer, for everyone else it's great.

I have no fucking idea what angle snapping is either. I don't mind admitting.

The g403. It is objectively superior to any mice created before it, and probably after. If you don't like the shape, too bad fucker, you're stuck using inferior mice.

It has the most perfect sensor created yet and it is also wireless with no lag (literally, objectively no lag).

I wish logitech would just create this exact mouse but in various shapes.
>>
>>61238786
Palm grips are objectively shit.

I'm still using mine, after what's probably been 8 years or so. It still works fucking great, but the rubberised texture around where I rest my fingers has worth off, and the pads on the bottom are peeling at the edges.

>shitty sensors

I strongly disagree.

I have two over-priced Logitech mice and a Microsoft mouse.

I'm 6'4" and I've got big hands. The pic related $5 mouse from chink express is the mouse I use. It's big and fits my big hands and it's comfortable.

There is absolutely zero difference between the sensors on that $5 mouse and the Logitech mice I don't use that cost more than ten times as much.

A mechanical keyboard has a whole lot of keys with switches under the keycaps, various keycaps and so on. Spending a bit on a good one makes sense.

A mouse is just one laser pointing strait down and a wheel and a few buttons on the top and on the sides. It's not that hard to make really good ones at a very low cost.

Great mouse, but lack of ring and pinky support kills my hand.
>>
>>61239056
that makes 0 sense since a light cable has no drag, a heavier mouse is going to reduce your speed automatically and you need to use more muscle to stop quick movements.

what other mice should I add?
the things written here are based on what I've experienced and what /g/ was posted.

>>61244608
Too much logitech mice. Also speaking for logitech add the gpro and the variants

Add zowie ec series and talk how there are 2 versions of it.

Change the fk1 to just fk series since there are 2 diff sizes.

Add the za series and the multiple sizes there are

Also add the IME3.0. You posted a pic of an intellimouse optical so change that and also add the wmo as well

Add some mionix, corsair, other razer, I guess some chick mice like James donkey or w/e his name is, roccat, hyper x, steelseries, finalmouse, nixes (there's usually a guy in mouse threads shilling for them)

I'm sure you can add more. You're doing a great job

Holy shit, the MX518 is truly the GOAT.

Rocking mine since 2009, this is madness i cant believe they made somethin that last so long.

Lately i thought she was going to die but you just have open it and cleanit. Im going to send a mail to logitech just to thank them for this miracle.

Thanks for the feedback, I did start off with a lot of logitech mice since they tend to be the most used ones. I'll also have to admit being a bit of a logitech fanboy.
I finished the list with some /csg/ mice, let me know what you think.

Replace g100s with g102/g203
>>
>>61235908
This was comfy as fuck. But it was actually shit.
I forget what it's called, but it locked your movements into straight lines, like really badly. Just try and draw a circle with it.
>>
>>61236868
Owned two of these. First one died, second one was working well but then I switched to Logitech and never went back. I've never had a Logitech mouse go bad on me... the only downside is they always discontinue their shit and it's hard as hell to get again if you want a new copy of it. If you find a logitech mouse you like buy another one just incase... because the damn things are impossible to get once they drop a product line.
>>
>>61246297

>>61236299
angle snapping means the mouse tends to auto-correct small variations in movement to 90 straight lines in up/down/left/right

This is good if you're drawing/drafting freehand, not so good if you're using very fine movements to aim in a game and need to go diagonal.

It's not as heavy as naysayers would say (no windows game actually polls the mouse enough for it to matter), but they get a big stick up their ass because your circles in MS paint look like rounded rounded squares.

I guess anything to place their blame at being unable to compensate and losing at a game on anyone but themselves.

He does but they're definitely good enough to have their own square. They're cheap, have a great sensor and shape and should be considered before the g pro imo.
>>
>>61245395
This, and it's cheap compared to zowie, razer and logitech. No software suite needed to change DPI. My only gripe is that the shape isn't as refined as logitech or zowie, so it's not great for palm grip. But that's subjective. Like how some people love the deathadder shape, but to me it was just too bulky.

>>61248362
I did look into cheap wireless mice but the problem is that none of them are actually that good to be on a recommendation list. As far as /g/ recommendations go, it's either logitech or chinkshit. I did consider adding James Donkey 102 to the list, but let's be honest, it's a wireless 112 with a delayed input.
>>61248788
Logitech is indeed the most shilled brand and you can't get past the fact that they make some pretty good mice. This graph is based on what /g/ has said, I don't really count in things like amazon reviews because normies will shill anything they've bought and haven't had to RMA in 2 days.

I will never choose anything other than Zowie FK series. They're pricey but built well, no Logitecch gaming software bullshit required as everything is built into the mouse. Don't look like gamer shit with LEDs telling me my heart rate and sweat output response.

They are making the new version with (rumor) 3360.
>>
>>61254319
I've seen.
I've just yet to see them around or on sale or even on their website yet, so I'm just waiting.
And the Spawn has a good sensor (Avago ADNS-3090), it just had some weird quirks and probably some issues with firmware that make it under perform compared to other mice with the same sensor, like the Zowie FK1, which I remember people praising that thing and some Steelseries mouse with the same thing.
>>
>>61252999
If you're like 90% of the people i've seen who used a mouse, you'd have your thumb resting against the side and other fingers around the other, but there's no sides, and if you rest your hand on it, it can flatten out and turn off, so the only real way to use it is in kinda a dainty 2 fingers on top and 2 holding it from the sides kind of grip.
It's just really awkward to use if you're used to a regular mouse. I'd rather use the trackpad or something like an anywhere 2/2s over it.
