An utility to search for duplicate/similar images on local machine?

ok, looks like this one does much more than I actually need but I'm interested.
So, I import my images to the database and then I can play with them.
Can I also update the folder I originally imported the pics from applying the changes I have done? I don't really feel like I need a fancy database thing, I just want to get clean up my folders.

There's an option to delete original files after successful import, I hope there's an export option as well.
So far it's not yet done importing shit and it's currently stuck on one file. Too bad it doesn't show what file it's working on nor can I skip importing a file.

The only alternative I can see on alternativeTo is dupeGuru, will give that a try.

Hydrus seems OK but I think it's an overkill, I don't need a database stuff just for a porn folder. Also, I have to clean up my mess first if I decided to switch to it because I have my shit scattered all over the file system and Hydrus also imports lots of unrelated pics and even PDFs.
