How do I force volume above 100% in windows 7?
Pic related, it's what I want to blast
vlc > advanced settings > find audio max > make 300 > set the volume to whatever
buy an amplifier
install openSUSE through the Windows app store and then in volume settings push the volume past 100%.

all you'll do is make the audio clip, but you can do it in vlc or audacity
100% means the max volume. It's like asking for an amp that goes to 11.

While there are ways to do what you're asking, it can put undue strain on your motherboard and speakers. You're better off buying speaker with a higher wattage rating or getting a real amp.
