not really. i mean there are guides and shit that you can google around to disable certain services but it's essentially playing whack-a-mole. things will break, get auto reactivated, etc. if you care about privacy you need to use linux, otherwise accept that microsoft owns you.

i tried running windows with a super autismal firewall setup, it worked ok I just had to whitelist any ip i wanted to connect to

since both multiplayer games i play work well enough on linux (eve online and csgo) i now just disable the network adapters in bootloader
