I'd be fine with not a lot of bandwidth in exchange for good latency, no data caps, and no filtered ports.

I torrent everyday and seed 24/7 from my home connection, also have a server as a personal cloud, a NAS and a VPN to use from outside my home.

Why would I do this? Hardware to play games is cheap enough that it doesn't really register in the grand scheme of things. Wait that long and you're bound to get all kinds of shit spoiled for yourself, not to mention that MP is either going to be dead or only populated by extreme fans who will absolutely curbstomp you with their decade of experience playing.

1.5Mbps would be useless shit for me, I couldn't even properly access my home server or stream anything from it. I had faster internet than that even 10 years ago, I don't even think I can find any subscription that's so slow nowadays.
