Kinda a poorfag that stuck in the entry level of "high quality" headphones
If you can afford those earbuds you're not a poorfag (source: I own a pair, they're fantastic if you're listening in a quiet office for longer periods).
Now, as for comfortable IEMs, you're pretty much on your own. This shit is subjective and depends on the shape and size of your ears to an extent. Note that you might find a comfortable pair like the image you posted, but then they might be shit to wear if you're on the train or in a noisy place, because they forego the ability to block outside noise in favour of maximum comfort.
Outside of those I use Monoprice earbuds (I think they only sell #9927 now). Mostly I use them because they're surprisingly light and the cord isn't plastic / rubber. I have lost many headphones to the bitter Canadian winter, but these work exceptionally well in the cold.
Get some shure 315 or equivalent from any other brand. It comes with a kit of ear tips so you can find your best fit. You can also buy a bunch of tips from earplugsuperstore or the like. Comfort will depend on your ears.
Just get some Panasonic Ergofit

Thanks for the replies dudes, i actually personally have those headphones (shure) and i agree they are amazing.
I was actually asking for a friend about the Bose type of earphones cause he claims literally ever headphone does not work

those types of earbuds are comfortable but they will never come close to properly isolating IEMs in terms of sound quality.
All you need is some good comfortable over the ear IEMs. Go shure se215 or RHA ma750.

Literally just use the earphones that come in the box with any apple product
