Serious answer: any fast, free VPNs are going to mine your data. I recommend ponying up for a paid VPN (I'm using VyperVPN and it works quite well - it has a 500MB/Month free version) as they are definitely worth the money.

If you must use a free VPN, and it must be fast, use limited trial VPN services like TunnelBear or VyperVPN. If speed isn't crucial, nothing beats Orbot+Orfox for security.
