Just use Microsoft Security Essentials or Malware Bytes. That's all you need unless you will bundle it with CommonSense2015.

The main reason I haven't gotten a virus ever is because of me using some common sense when using the internet, along with a sandbox program to isolate anything in the event my common sense fails.
