Legit question. Does Fedora play nice with laptop batteries? I hate how Ubuntu always seems to burn through them like Canonical doesn't care about power efficiency. I also hate how processes on Ubuntu would sometimes completely hog the cpu for no apparent reason. Like the most basic shit demanding a full 100% processor time.

There's a lot of distro's to choose from, I'm comfy with fedora 23, also with Debian and Xubuntu. I use LXDE and Xfce desktop spins when I install Fedora, it's bleeding edge so that's the main reason.
