Go to Madison Seating and buy a Steelcase Criterion. It's $25 more and a real legit name brand office chair with an $800 MSRP. Places like Madison buy chairs in bulk from foreclosed businesses and such for next to nothing then resell. I got a Leap v2 from them for $350. Great quality like new and came with a brand new gas canister

Well it was like $380 actually with the lumbar support bar. Looks brand new except some minor shininess on the armrests due to rubbing over time. They tend to vary in price a lot and it's pretty unclear which exact model you are buying so you gotta be careful, but often you can get a v2 for under $400.
