Used to have a wonderful Microsoft Wheel Optical but it broke so I'm using Logitech B100 ever since.
Is there any cheap, simple mouse like the Microsoft Wheel Optical that has decent size for a big hand user like me ?

I bought a func ms3 r2 for 45 euros last week.
The thing is great, very comfortable and the configuration software is great.

Just got myself a G402 coming from a G400 this week end, it's not too bad and pretty comfortable. I'm pleasantly surprised.

How do you hold your mice /g/?
I try to do palm grip but if I get nervous I automatically switch to claw without noticing.
If only I had a bigger mouse for my big hands...

Been using a MX518 for years and it's finally starting to die on me.

Any good mice that are slightly smaller than MX518?

What's the best wireless mouse under 40 bux? Preferably 5 buttons, needs to work on light surfaces, I give no shits about gaming performances.
>>
>>51545275
Best shit mouse you mean? The thing breaks way to fast. Mine have a sensor that sometimes stop reacting, and that's just not cool. for a mouse only 2 years old.

I use a Gamdias Demeter. Its sort of weird, cause the forward button is on the left and the back on the right. I wish the left and right click were a lot more tactile. Really cheap tho.

Trying to replace WMO 1.1a thinking of getting a ZA12, My hands are 19-20cm and I like to palm grip with the base of my palm resting on the mousepad. Would this be a good mouse for that or would dat ass get in the way?

What do I buy that's exactly like my g400 but will last longerThe right mouse clicker is soft on mine now and I lost the warranty.

Is Logitech G400s basically an upgrade or should I get G402 ?
>>

I'd say G400s but it's discontinued and it looks like shit.
>>
>>51537119
Why is it that "gaming" mice are all garbage? I've had them by a dozen manufacturers, and they've all broken down within a year in normal use.

My current Steelseries Kinzu v3 scroll wheel broke after less than 6 months, never buying their garbage again. However, at work I've used a shitty Dell mouse that came with a shitty Dell box 10 years ago, and it's still working perfectly and has minimal wear on the surface even though I use it more than I use my mice at home.
>>
>>51545275
Seconded.
>>51546134
The sensor that's not working is just the laser being dirty. Get a q-tip and alcohol. Combine. Spin the end of it so it's all pointy and poke it in the hole. Spin it around a bit and ta-da! Your mouse works perfectly again and still looks badass as ever. You might have to wait a bit for the alcohol to evaporate though. I wouldn't recommend sticking a dry q-tip in there as you might leave behind cotton fibers.
>>
>>51552073
Already tried that many times, but doesn't work. And its not a problem with the sensor being dirty, as im not constantly getting those lags. Its just sometimes the mouse stop reacting to any movement(mouse buttons still work), and when gaming that is fucking annoying.

Think im gonna go buy a Mionix Castor, to replace my current mouse.
>>
>>51537822
claw grip since i have big hands

I need a new mouse, I have been using the same mouse for more than 6 years now, its cable has been eaten twice by my dog (no problem, reconnected the wires with electrical tape kek). What would you suggest /g/?

It comes bundled with the CM Devastator keyboard. Which by the way is priced £25.50 - $38.

As someone upgrading from generic Dell keyboard and mouse, I'm going to expect that this mouse is infinitely better. Although I'm sure someone here will likely be triggered.
>Glances at G502 anons.
>>
I've only really learned one thing with buying mice

Never touch a deathadder, and always google the mouse name for things that might be common problems before purchase.

e.g. if you type deathadder *any version* google will autofill with "doubleclick"

that's how you know it's shit.
>>
>>51552023
Because "gaming" is code for "dumbass."
>>
If you want a good, sturdy, non meme mouse, get the m65.
>>
>>51537119
Mouse virgin here, planning to buy one.
Are the additionals buttons on the side really usefull compared to a classic 2buttons+wheel?
>>
>>51559525
I would never buy one without the back and forward buttons for browsing internet/folders

Can also bind them to useful things in games for easy access
>>
>>51559603
My autism makes me open everything in new tabs rather than going back/forward (which might be the reason to my wheelclick recent death) and I mostly play SNES/GBA games with keyboard so no real use for binding.

Got any other benefits from the side buttons?
>>
>>51559525
>Are the additionals buttons on the side really usefull compared to a classic 2buttons+wheel?
I don't think I could go back to 3 buttons, but Frankly unless you need to use a lot of macros there's no need for more than 5. 7 maybe if you have sidescrolling. More than that, the buttons are just going to bother you adn get clicked by mistake.

Most mouses have them programmable, so you can use them for different things on each program. If you're not one of those people who always keep a hand on the keyboard they're extremely comfy.

Does anyone here have experience with trackballs?
I'm a bit tempted to get something like the Logitech Marble Mouse because it seems more comfortable and precise than a conventional mouse.
>>
>>51560169
It's a meme.
>>
Anyone here ever tried the logitech m510? I heard it has problems on light surfaces, any truth to the rumor?
>>
>>51537119

I've been using Logitech since pretty much forever, started with some wireless model with scroll wheel and two buttons, then got the 510, 518 and now I'm using the well no clue because it doesn't state the mouse designation anywhere on the device. It's pretty much the 518 just without the holo pattern but a matte silver finish. Whatever. I love these mice, the shape and build quality are just fantastic in my opinion.

I have a Razer Mamba (first edition) at the moment. I would not recommend it. It's okay plugged in, but it's got the battery life of a Pentium 4 laptop. I am not sure why I thought it was a good idea at the time: maybe because the Razer Copperhead I had before that was actually really good, but...
>>
Replaced my CM Recon with a G100s recently.

Very happy about it, I just wish it were slightly narrower.
