Every night. Sometimes during the day if I'm going somewhere and want my room to be cool when I come back.

Anytime im leaving my house for more than an hour and when I sleep. Only retards and people living off mommy and daddy leave it on. Since SSDs are a thing, post post, takes 3 seconds to be on desktop. 7 if u count post.

Usually I just hit sleep instead of shutting it down. Unless it's doing something. Sometimes I'll start a backup or something and leave it to run overnight.

The server runs 24/7 though
