For necrophilia, it might be necessary to ask the next of kin for permission if the decedent's will did not authorize it. Necrophilia would be my second choice for what should be done with my corpse, the first being scientific or medical use. Once my dead body is no longer of any use to me, it may as well be of some use to someone. Besides, I often enjoy rhinophytonecrophilia (nasal sex with dead plants).

Granted, children may not dare say no to an older relative, or may not realize they could say no; in that case, even if they do not overtly object, the relationship may still feel imposed to them. That's not willing participation, it's imposed participation, a different issue.

I actually completely agree with Stallman on this. There is little reason to outlaw prostitution other than remnants of our past theocracy sticking around in out society.

I suppose that I could understand the mentality behind signing your body in a similar way that you could be an organ donor. I would have to ask the person if they would rather do this than contribute to study or donate organs, but at the end of the day it is up to the person.

This is where I completely disagree with Stallman. Children cannot legally consent, and should not be allowed to for obvious reasons. Their minds are not physically developed enough to make decisions like adults can. The same goes for animals.

But generally, he's correct. Laws about sexuality are not based on preventing harm. They are not based on morality. They're based on preventing what society finds disgusting. He sounds like a turbo-autist, but he's correct.

The risk is vanishingly small. And inbreeding is not risky in the first generation. It only causes real harm after a few generations of inbreeding.

So your dog doesn't consent to humping your leg? Causing real harm to animals is bad. But I don't see how animals could possibly be harmed by sex that is not painful.
Even if sex with animals is harmful, our current laws on the subject are utterly insane. Factory farms cause incredible amounts of suffering and they're just fine, but touching a dog's dick lands you in prison? That's just insane. If you want to protect the rights of animals, eating meat is a vastly bigger violation of their rights than bestiality.
