No, you have tired ever thing you know.
You have a trojan horse, called a TR/Dropper that is dropping adware. The Adware is a side effect of the trojan. once you get rid of the adware ( and its GONE ), the trojan drops a new set.

You need to kill off everything non-microsoft in your process list, and use all the online anti-viral, and anti trojan kits until you find out WHAT THE HELL YOU HAVE! Then lookup how to kill off what you lave SPECIFICALLY.

I am 24/24 on the nastiest shit you can imagine. I charge $150/Hr for killing stuff like this off... without reinstalling... best of luck

Back when I was a service desk monkey in a mid sized company I was probably removing shit like this for 40% of my work week. The sales people travel, they end up in a hotel, and then they take their company laptop and jerk it to Austrian Scheise-shows until the sun comes up and then lie about how they have no idea how their computer got infected again. Bitch I can see your temp folder.

1. Remove all extensions, fire up chrome and see if it still happens. If it doesn't then it's a rogue extension so enable your extensions one at a time until the ads reappear to find the culprit

2. Grab malwarebytes antimalware and Emsisoft emergency kit, reboot in safe mode and run full scans with both of them, if they find anything choose the delete option

3. Reboot in normal mode, launch chrome and see if that fixed it

4. At this point you can either try more advanced tools like combofix and old timers list it but they require some knowledge to use and you can really fuck up your system if you don't know what you're doing. Alternative is to wipe your drive and do a fresh OS reinstall

5. Install Gentoo. Seriously. Since you've allowed shit like this to be installed you should consider switching to a more secure OS or improve your browsing and download habits
