Try to listen where the sound comes from. I've had the same noise, and it was a faulty PSU.

Open your case and touch various moving pieces of plastic and see if the sound stops, and of course be careful to not touch metal or you may electrocute yourself. So like if its a fan, oil it or something, if its a screw replace it, etc.
