Is it at all possible to end up with a legit Windows 10 Pro install if I install a patched or pirated W8 or W7 Pro copy?
Or is Windows 10 Enterprise with the Toolkit a better option?

My Windows 8.1 was pirated, updated to Windows 10 and as far as I can tell, It's legit Windows 10 Pro. Did a reset with the "reset this pc" and still no problem. So I assume so.
