(not available for stable Firefox yet since it still has the panorama feature)
This guy is apparently trying to port the entire panorama feature to an extension.

Fuck off, paleshill.
But what happens when they deprecate addons?
Waste of time:
>Consequently, we have decided to deprecate add-ons that depend on XUL, XPCOM, and XBL. We don’t have a specific timeline for deprecation, but most likely it will take place within 12 to 18 months from now.

And tabgroups sure as hell won't be possible with the Google-Chrome-like API with which they're going to replace XUL/XPCOM.
This all started with removing tabs on the bottom.

Open the extension page, sweetheart.
It says "No Restart".
If it says "No Restart", it means that it will continue working normally. The addons that are going to be deprecated are the ones that need a browser restart.

You stop updating Firefox XDDDDDDDDDDDDD

I really lite the idea behind the tab group feature, the problem is that its implementation is quite shitty

What the fuck? Isn't that the entire point of Firefox?
At least I think it was for me.

The philosophy at Mozilla seems to have altered to "become a chrome clone and abandon all the things that made FF good in the first place"
>>51492349
Those are all shitty and outdated addons anyway.

+1
never saw the advantage of tabgroups over treestyle.
Am actually fine with them removing tabgroups and keeping to the essentials. If I want treestyle I'll install treestyle, if I want tabgroups I'll install tabgroups. No point in having both when one is (by personal perference) clearly better than the other
