Thanks based anon. Unfortunately the extension isn't installing correctly. Restarted Safari after install and everything.

So I went ahead and did a full restart and it still isn't working. Install is basically move the VLC Plugin.plugin file into the Internet Plug-Ins alias right next to it right?
