incognito mode automatically puts you behind 7 proxies so you become untraceable, so it should be good.
Also keep in mind that private mode isnt the same as incognito, so dont use firefox or anything else that uses private instead of incognito. Chrome is the best for privacy.

Chrome's incognito mode doesn't, but Internet Explorer's private browsing mode can hide you from most government agencies(not including coast guard)

I hacked CIA servers using Incognito Mode and they haven't been able to trace me.
