Install iTunes, hold down power button to turn it off. Hold power button for 3 seconds, then hold power button + home button for ~10 seconds until apple logo goes away, hold home button for ~10 seconds until it shows up as DFU device on computer. Restore/Update in iTunes, and then find out if it's iCloud locked or not when it does or doesn't ask you for an apple ID.
