Wikileaks:
>Note in particular the red curve, which is "trigger warnings" (blue is microaggressions, yellow is safe spaces)
>"When you embrace the concept of threatening or unsafe opinions you are more likely to support censorship of them."
>"Then you get censorship of everything. It is the angle the censors have discovered that will be supported by people."
>"Safe spaces, "harmful opinions", block/blacklists, and no-platforming at expos and universities normalise censorship."

Now how does this affect technology? Many companies have started spending irreplaceable funds on hiring people who can barely (if at all) do their job because of their gender/sexual orientation.
Which means less money spent on actual technology and qualified people. You may have already been a victim to this if you aren't a NEET.

It doesn't exist. It's nothing more than dually overt/covert censorship.

Also, Earth being round was a theory for a couple of thousands of years.

just like how people firmly believed we were at the center of the universe for an extremely long time.

Wikipedia is NOT SJW. When the whole GamerGate crap happened, they wrecked feminists for biasing the article and permabanned them.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamergate_controversy

Also, Wikipedia is about verifiability, not "truth".

Just like gravity is just a theory.

The article is edit locked and there isn't a single inline citation in the entire synopsis.

Bad example
We don't know what gravity is.

So why is the page still a complete shitshow?
>>
>>51453147
Because jimmy wales decided to step in and officially forbid further edits.
>>
>>51453147
Probably because it's still fresh and unlocking the article would lead to shitposting.

No. Dipshit.

The ancient Greeks and ancient Indians knew it was fucking round and calculated the geometric properties of the planet to amazing accuracy.

>>51453173
But it hasn't be arbitrated yet.
Why would they lock the page when it's still a 100% biased fabrication?
>>

Take a guess.

ITS ALMOST AS THOUGH PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE WHO ASSIGN A HIGHER VALUE TO THEIR PERSONAL AGENDA THAN THE CLEAR DISTRIBUTION OF THE TRUTH

FUNNY, HUH

but yeah dude, think it through

>can barely (if at all) do their job because of their gender/sexual orientation
What has one to do with the other? Unless you're talking prostitutes.
>>
>>51453857
They're hired for their gender/sexual orientation. The issue is that, given that gays are less than 10% of the population, and even less gays are actually in IT/CS/SE, when you have 30% gays, you have obviously got most of your staff as out-of-domain folks.
