Honestly most of your files are stored in the cloud. 16 GB is more than anyone will need. Not sure why you wouldn't just get the biggest one though, especially if it's the fastest.

Get the 8/256 and upgrade to 16gb later, it's just ddr3, very not to risk running out of storage.
