I always associate people who buy razer with people who drink monster all day.

Microsoft IntelliMouse Optical 1.1A if you play a lot of FPS. I have had one for six years or so, and it's still in great shape. It's big and has a 400 DPI sensor.

Don't assume that heavily-branded and flashy peripherals are superior.

I really loved razer when I was young and that feel stayed. I got Razer mouse(Naga) ,keyboard and even mousepad, but I always get "occasions ", products already used for a month or less (near New) for half of the normal price, so that's sweet. Since then Razer offered me a software of 3D sound rendering, why not. I like the style and I trust them since I still have a very well working mouse since 8 years .

Dunno. I still use my Razer naga from 4 years ago. Still alive and no problems so far (can't say the same about their keyboards tho)

I have a razer keyboard, but I don't like their mouse sensors; I prefer logitech mice.

I think their things are ugly, but comfy (mice). Keyboards and other stuff i have no opinion on. Still ugly, but hey, all "gamer" stuff is.

Overpriced but not shit. Much better option for every type of product they sell for much cheaper or if you paid the same you would be getting something 10 times better with a different brand.

I have had good experience with the mice and only the mice. I just ordered a death adder lefty because it's the only good left hand ergonomic mouse with side buttons I can find. until now I've been using the lachesis which is ambidextrous but after like 7 years the middle click finally stopped working.

their headphones and keyboards have all broken on me and I don't bother with "gamer" branded hardware outside of mice and pads anymore. a nice big steelseries mouse pad made a very noticeable difference.

I have a question though does the deathadder classic have a legit perfect sensor?

Last Christmas I worked retail at a Fry's Electronics. The Razer Items have a much higher commission/price ratio than any other peripherals. The Razer Leviathan had like a 20% commission rate, so $200 speakers = $40. Usually it was between 5-10%.

I made $75 of a customer who wanted all Razer Products for their son's Christmas presents.

Razer Products are pretty good, their mice are actually great. However they have a stupid premium price on them because of the name. Similar to Beats Headphones, they work pretty well but no where near as good as other $300 headphones.

Their shit is overpriced, but not necessarily bad. Their quality control has gone way downhill as well.

I would also never buy headphones from a company that has no experience in making them.
