inb4 a bunch of NEETs and freetard Christfag-like loser get mad at what is inarguably the fucking best torrent client in the WORLD.

Accept no substitutes!

Enjoy your qStalledtorrent and other shitty meme clients that don't work at all, freetards.

@ my uTorrent bros: Doesn't it feel fucking great to be part of the uTorrent master race while a bunch of fags on /g/ are using garbage like Tixati and Deluge? Lol how fucking stupid can you fucking be?

At least my torrent client isn't banned on private trackers.

If you're a public tracker peasant than qBit is god tier otherwise don't even waste your time. 2.2.1 is objectively better when it comes to connecting and seeding.

rTorrent is shit for everyday use but pretty good if you're going to use it on a seedbox. The Windows version of Transmission is also shit. Hopefully you're not on a Windows because if you are then you're using the inferior client.

I don't know why people make a big deal out of this shit though. It's 2015, just use whatever is best for you. Although I do like qBit's label system for sorting trackers, that shit is beautiful, shame 2.2.1 doesn't have that.

See, the thing utorrent fans don't seem to grasp is, at this point, there is really no reason to actually keep using utorrent over other clients outside of personal preference.

indeed, the single strongest argument that fans tend to just overlook is the fact we can't see the source, so we don't exactly KNOW what's packed in that client, and really, for an activity like this, full disclosure on exactly what a program is doing is the best policy.

regardless of this, if you want to keep using utorrent, that's entirely up to you, but those who desire to use other clients, feel safer using them and like how they perform, that's entirely up to them as well.

putting a few changelogs from a good client update or another hardly means the others are soundly defeated without recourse for victory; it just means that if you're already using the program, it concerns you.
>>
>>51428662
Well, of course, but they'll never do that because of what they likely have tucked away in there.

At any rate, most will be more interested in forking it to slim it down to its kilobyte-sized binary days.
>>
>>51420586
Can you irrefutably prove that it does not have a lazy-mining cycle embedded in the binary?

Which version of transmission for windows are you guys using?

I'm using the latest version available in cygwin with the latest version of transgui.
transmissionqt is also kind of stable and looks nice if you run it with
-style windowsvista
but I like having my GUI decoupled from the daemon process. I could use Transmissionqt just as the GUI for the cygwin daemon but transgui is faster & more lightweight.
The transmission-daemon-cygwin project is completely unstable for me.

PS. Does anyone have a script that runs multiple daemons side-by-side so I can seed more torrents (talking 20kish)?
