it shouldnt be an issue since routers and computers within the network remember their last IP and re-use it, but just to make sure you can make it permanent

I have Elisa's adsl too and at least I got Zyxel VMG3326-D20A.

If the router doesn't suck, its built-in DHCP might also be able to assign static IPs to specific MAC addresses so your PC won't need configuring at all.

Though that one looks pretty shitty desu.
