i need your help lads wtf

>open a game
>BSOD
wtf
>shut down comp and reboot
>i press power button but doesnt fucking start...keeps shutting off and on without gettint to bios/windows

>have 2 monitors
>unplug second monitor
>restart
>it fucking works

wtf is going on??????????
is my GPU fucked?
or my DVI cable (some piece of shit i copped on ebay?)

please help ;_;

but the problem isnt so much the blue screen, its more the inability to start it back up once it crashes
