It's literally GNOME Shell with Dash To Dock and a somewhat new icon theme. What are these so-called 'gaming optimizations' that make it different from just installing Fedora?

A polished version of Fedora would actually pretty nice. According to the website it comes with many fixes you would do anyways, like fixing the font rendering and such.

If its not incompatible to other distro its not even fragmentation its just more choice. The only actually harmful "fragmentation" in Linux is APT/DEB and Xorg/Wayland, as it causes application incompatibilities and requires devs to create multiple packages.

Do they have a desktop background rotation? With all their themes preinstalled, that would be common sense. I think the UI is much more sleek than Windows, especially for gaming use. No bloat.
