Bayside Metro Mesh Office Chair. One of the best $99.99 I've spent on a chair.
Replaced a $350 high-back Ergonomic task chair from a local office supply boutique store. I was hesitant when I saw this one but decided to take the chance. I've had it for 2 years now and it's been great. I'm 190 lbs. It's comfortable and doesn't heat up especially in the summer.
It doesn't conceal farts though.

there are no good office chairs, they're all garbage. do yourself a favor and attach a set of wheels to a recliner, or just swivel in and out of your desk.

why are they garbage? it's simple. they don't allow you to move around and sit in various positions to the degree that a large recliner will. you can recline, but not completely. you can shift to the left or right, but you can't really shift onto your side. the arm rests are narrow and hard (yes, even the "soft-touch" plastic on your steelcase leap is hard) and hurt your elbows/forearms after awhile, whereas on a recliner you've got a good amount of padding to deal with.

most of all, the seat will support you better regardless of your weight. structured seating like the herman miller chairs or padding like the steelcase chairs have isn't sufficient for long-term seating no matter how much bullshit they try to sell you. you need a real support system with padding and springs to cushion you regardless of the position you're in.

i've had so many chairs, spent so much money buying the cheapest office depot garbage all the way up to leaps and freedoms, and they're all just fucking shit compared to a cheap recliner you can find at any furniture store. fuck your ergo bullshit.

Treadmill desk master race.

I have one and it's pretty good. I can walk or jog for 6 hours without even realizing it. When I need to wait for something I can run faster or use weights to get a little more fit. You can buy a premade treadmill desk or make one yourself by strapping a plank to the handle bars like I did. Your body won't feel like shit like after sitting in the same spot for hours.
