The problem is that I bought them during a trip in the US so sending them would have been quite expensive, and they're twice the price around here.

Ah, let me add that the Sennheiser HD 380 Pro headphones are better than the ATH, having owned both. The sound is better, more neutral, they're MUCH more comfortable, and they're cheaper. Seriously, don't buy the ATH-M50 unless you prefer bassy music to accurate music.
>>

This hurts to read.

>Model M
Great keyboard for the price. Build quality is everything it was hyped to be

>G400
Works well when it works, but fragile

>Catleap monitor
Not too bad, IPS is definitely better than my old TN, but the catleap was a pretty bad purchase compared to the FW900

>FW900
Amazing, especially for the price ($100). Probably won't be upgrading for a long time

/g/ has had good advice overall, I'll probably get a thinkpad next
>>
Mechanical keyboard is awesome, but even browns are pretty loud

SICP was shit, lisp is shit

K&R C was my intro to programming. It was awesome

T420 trooper survived for 5 or 6 years now without a single shadow of an issue

Switched from chrome to firefox. Doesn't feel super good but I'm used to it now
>>
>Mechanical keyboard
It's pretty nice I guess, but at the same time I could easily live without it. My laptop has a chicklet keyboard and I honestly don't think it's that bad.
>Intel 2500K
Still going strong years later, even with a pretty decent overclock. Purchase of the century.

I bought them before I really browsed /g/, but the /g/ infographics helped me find them so I guess it counts. Great headphones.
>Beyerdynamic DT880
Another pair of great headphones.

>Xperia Z2
Is this a /g/ meme? A lot of people shill it on /g/ but just as many shit on Sony phones. I love it.
>IPS Monitor
I bought it thanks to /p/, but /g/ helped me pick a good one.

My meme purchases have been pretty good overall, thanks /g/!
>>
>Quickfire TK
Buggy crap, not worth it
>>
I haven't taken to /g/ meme products at all.
My laptop's a Latitude.
My phone is an old dumphone.
My headphone's are shitty 'xtra bass' Sony ones that happened to be on sale.
My old membrane keyboard was dying recently and I was considering replacing it with a mechanical one, but the price and the fragile mini-USB connection between the cable and the keyboard kept me from buying and I ended up repairing my old one instead.
I was considering getting an F91W, but I don't check the time often and putting it on each they would have been more of a nuisance then checking time on my phone.
I do use Debian with Cinnamon for everything but Pspice and occasional gaming, but that's pretty much it.

>Fedora
Better than Ubuntu that i used before tbh. I started to read a lot about Ganoo + Loonix thanks to /g/
>That plastic digital Casio
Nice.
>CRT monitor
Sold mine circa 2005. Bought one in 2014 and been using it for vintage games and computing. Thanks /g/ 10/10

>>
Thinkpad (but it's a T530 so it's not really "/g/" anymore)
Moto G

I think that's about it. For everything else I pretty much do the opposite of what /g/ says.

Intel/Nvidia
ipod touch
etc.

I'd say overall I've made better decisions than this board has.

>>47081394
Not the same guy but I'm typing from a t420 at the moment as well, it's a very nice laptop for the price, (actually the nicest I own if you take anything other than techincal specifications into consideration) the only thing that may bother you is the relatively mediocre quality of the screen, but it's no where near as bad as some people make it out to be. Feel free to ask me any specific questions you have about the laptop.
>>
>>47076581
I basically learned about IPS monitors from /g/ and I'm really fucking glad I got away from TN shit. I'm not enough of a 1337 pr0 g4m3r to think 60FPS/5ms are shit. I'd much rather have the viewing angles and colors.

I also got a Logitech G400 because /g/ was praising it, really great mouse, though I just had to replace its cable.

I guess the home server with HDDs in RAID that I have now is something I wouldn't have without /g/ either, unless I end up poor as fuck I don't think I'll ever go without one again, it's amazingly useful and handy.

Last thing is a mechanical keyboard, it's much more pleasant and after trying it out at my place some friends bought mechanicals too.

i checked the catalog and apperently there is a general for it, i'm going to dig mine up and see if it's worth messing with, i think it's pre-xp, so it might not be worth it.

Best laptop I've ever owned. Could use a new screen though. Had to spend a bit of cash to get the memory and hard drive where I wanted it, but $220 to get the best laptop I've ever used vs. $1,000+ I paid before? Easy.

>Sansa Clip+
I kept losing it, and but was in love with it when I could find it...until I discovered I could stream out to HTTP using mpd on my desktop. I imagine it'd be better for me to use that instead when I'm on the road and not using data, but hell.

>681 Evo's
They're a little tight on my head, and I've only owned them for a week, but I had gone through like 3 or 4 Siberia v2's. Don't get me wrong, I still actually quite love Siberia v2's...but the inline volume fucker would always come loose and kill the headset.

Still takes getting used to not having a proper mic. Don't want to get one that sits on my desk because noise, and lapel mics aren't that comfortable and in my experience don't have great sound. I'm also fucking not paying $50 for a modmic fuck that.
