The Mac hate here is quite the epic may may.
Where else can I get all this for $2499?

Sager
meh
im get a google pixel for 0.00
>16:10
>being any more than placebo
>backlit keyboard
>mattering
>needing 16 gigs of ram on a laptop
>needing 16 gigs of ram for OSX (I understand it's not a very intensive OS, I could be wrong about that)
My 2000$ desktop is substantially better than everything in that syst...oh wait this is b8 isn't it? Almost got me.
>480p frontfacing camera
are the 90s back?
>>46937491
>backlit keyboard
>not mattering
but it does
>16 gigs of ram
depends on what you do with it and what your browsing habits are
>>46937356
gross. look like total shit
>>46937491
>more screen space is a placebo
fox and grapes full power
>>46937618
>backlit keyboard
why would anybody who actually knows how to use a keyboard need this?
It sounds like something that only people who are new to computers would need, which are also the same people who would think macs are good.
Oh. I get it.
>>46937618
How does it matter? The light from the screen splashes onto the keyboard anyway.
I'm sorry, but most desktops barely need 16 gigs of ram unless you have 16 firefox tabs open at a time while playing a 1080P BDrip and an incredibly intensive game in the background at the same time. You're overpaying there, as you are for the whole system.
>>46937659
I can run my computer at 16:10 if I wanted. There's just no reason to.
>>46937684
Depends, really. I sometimes glance on it and work often with foreign keyboard layouts where I do need to check out where I can find certain shit.
>>46937687
Depends on your machine. I missed having a backlit keyboard on my old Sager.
>>46937555
>Can't find anything else wrong with the MacBook.
Shill.
>>46937720
>Depends, really. I sometimes glance on it and work often with foreign keyboard layouts where I do need to check out where I can find certain shit.
glancing at your keyboard is an awful habit. Stop that. It does nothing but slow you down.
And the backlit keyboard doesnt change the display on the keys for your primary computer, so that point is moot.
I like the specs but the os is cancer

these aren't anything special
>>46937192
nowhere
>>46937555
He's not talking about the new MacBook.
>>46937873
they aren't special, they just are difficult to find on other laptops
What's with the sudden Apple shills on /g/?
>>46937873
so name a laptop that has that then
>>46937896
MBPr shills have been here for a long time, go back to /v/
>>46937192
i ended up buying a 13 inch rMBP because i spent so long trying to find something which had everything i was looking for before i went off to uni (high resolution screen, decent processor, etc.) but I just couldn't for a similar price (education pricing)
ended up hating it at first when i was trying to set everything up but now I've used it for a few months it's great, especially for CS
>>46937900
Any custom order clevo/sager.
>>46937896
They've been here for forever, and now that Apple is so blatantly and undeniably showing how much they rip people off, they're post-purchase rationalizing more than ever.
>>46937687
>16 tabs
>an intensive workload
I run 16 tabs on a fucking P4 shitbox with 1 GB of RDRAM
>2015
>apple-shit
>implying
>>46937896
>frogposting
>>46939262
I don't need a big business laptop though.
>>46940637
then you don't need an i7 quad core with 16 gb of ram, stop with the mental gymnastics
>>46939442
Those specs aren't even similar except for the display. Half the RAM, GPU, and HDD plus shitty Windows 7.
>>46939442
and thats the thread /g/ents.
>$300 to upgrade to 500gb ssd and 16 ram
>still cheaper
>with a useful os
