I have yet see someone decrypt an unmounted volume of bitlocker, only if the feds manage to hold you before you unlock it they could extract the decryption keys even if you press the power button suspending your machine, but if isn't mounted they couldn't do shit.
Buy this and just use a script to unmout it and maybe run some normal porn videos.

Interestingly there is also a way to create a password for nuking your LUKS setup:

For example, make the nuke password something that is easier to guess by brute force that your actual password, then if your computer is stolen (or something like that) and the 'nuke password' is guessed first, it will negate the access to the files for good. Aside from the normal encryption, i suppose you can grasp the potential for this small feature.

TrueCrypt, it may have been discontinued but the audit passed with no security concerns so I see no reason not to trust it.

You can do full disk encryption, you can also use hidden partitions, in some countries like the UK there are laws to compel encryption key disclosure and even in the US under certain circumstances (like if law enforcement catch you with a temporarily mounted drive) they may compel you to decrypt the drive for inspection.

Hidden partitions give you plausible deniability.
