this

I want a phone to:

- make calls
- send text messages
- browse the internet
- use for gps
- listen to music
- watch movies

A Samsung S3 does all of this and is cheap to fix.

Not doing any kind of programming on the 386 my family had when I was a kid.

Seriously, pre-internet, it felt like there was hardly anything to actually do on a computer. I would just click around Windows 3.1, opening applications, looking around them, then closing them again. For hours.

Paintbrush was about the only one I actually did anything in.

It doesn't exist anymore. /prog/ is kill, not that it was any good in the first place. But at least it contained the /pol/lacks. Now they're shitposting here instead.

Logitech G27 Racing Wheel

Even though I'm a hobby racer in Circuits like Nürburgring, Hockenheim and Go-Karts. I can't fucking control the fucking car in any videogame except WRC.

I realy hope the Occulus Rift will make it worth it again for some comfy Euro Truck Simulator. So far it was the most useless thing to waste 150€ on.

>>
I bought the first VAIO laptop with Blu-Ray that hit the market.
It costed me 1750€ and had a 9600M inside...

What a piece of shit laptop.
>>
>selling my desktop PC
>buying an rMBP
Don't get me wrong the rMBP is top notch but it brings the kind of attention I don't want and isn't very practical.
>>
>>45322060
I blame poor racing-wheel support man, I spend more time configuring games to have the perfect feel for it than actualy using it for gaming.

The hardware is amazing, but it's like sledge racing, you can't fucking control shit with it.
I bought WRC before I had the gear, and so far the controlls there are pretty solid, didn't even had to configure a thing, It's awesome.

Meanwhile GRID and NFS drive like you're on ice, fucking hell...
I don't have a seat aswell, so whenever I use too much force the fucking pedals move forward and get out of my reach, maybe I'll get one cheap to install it on.
>>
>>45322069
>it brings the kind of attention I don't want
what attention do you get? Nobody gives a second look when I have my rMBP out. It's not like it's new technology.

Do you live in a place where Apple products are hard to afford?
>>

Try putting heavy things in front of the pedal assembly, and maybe if you search around on forums and try other people's wheel settings it'll feel less slidey?

maybe you forgot you are not on reddit?

I'll try getting those rugs that are essentialy sold for pedals, maybe that helps me. Imagine playing this shit on polished wodden flooring... jesus

Oh god, once I was going to buy a netbook for $600 and they misheard and gave me a $700 one and I was too beta to say anything so I just paid $700.

On the bright side, I still have it and it still works.
>>
>>45322357
You're fine as long your office/room does not has polished flooring, mine is polished wood so it's like having that shit on a oily brazilian milf, SLIDE HERE SLIDE THERE.

I got mine used and in perfect condition, chances are that 9 out of 10 times you'll get it in top condition because people buy this impulsively and stop using it after two or three gaming sessions.

The Porsche has style but the Mitsu is just sexy as hell, I have a fetish for the cracking it does.

The Porsche has 130.000KM, who the fuck would risk buying a premium car with so many KM? Chances are you'll have to pay half the price you paid for just for change parts.

I got it with 24.000KM and only changed the break-discs so far.
