Haven't tried the leak yet, ive heard its to buggy and im waiting for a more stable version. with my current os i go to bed with 60-70% battery, with medium to high use of the device, its pregtty fucking sweet.

I also have my eye on the Passport, the size its a little bit of putting, but most of the time a wear suits, and its design to fit in the inner pocket of the jacket, so maybe ill give it a try once it goes on sale, at least while we wait for the classic.

it multitasks well enough. you mostly can't run apps on the background for longer times.

the biggest difference when switching to android was that I found it annoying how I actually had to close background apps to avoid the battery draining too quickly. one of my main complaints on android in general in fact, the whole system of closing apps seems overly complicated.
its like you're supposed to not bother with manually closing apps, yet if I don't, I can't leave my phone idling for 12 hours without it being far too near 0% charge

I practically use my phablet phone as an "UMPC" when I'm away from home for longer whiles. for those occasions, its great to be able to run a torrent client on the background, and in general, being able to keep things like SSH open for more than 15 minutes (on the background) is nice, too.

iPhone is a phone, and it does allow you to multitask, just not run apps for long times on the background. this is a feature I often don't need on my phone. the limit is like 15 minutes.
so it practically makes it less of a hassle to use, you stop using it, it won't waste battery for a long time.

its not too big a tradeoff w/ android, android is much more of a "I could actually use this all day" OS, but I wish it made killing apps just a bit easier. its confusing and slow atm.
