In my opinion is it very comfy. Depends on how big you are but I can sit cross legged. I recommend you to try one first before buying it, since it's quite an expensive chair.

OP, yur speakers are angled in too far and too close to have accurate imaging. Push them back! Rule of thumb is that if from your seated position, you can see the face of each speaker but not the side, you're in the right sort of ballpark.

I don't know if it's normal for you all to save each other's pictures, but I do it for design ideas and stuff. However I was trying to remember a certain one I saved when organizing my images yesterday and even after going through all of my image folders I couldn't find it. I was hoping I could describe it and perhaps one of you had it saved or the original poster of it was around.

It was a panorama first of all. It looked like an apartment I think, had cool toned walls (grey-blue?). The kitchen was visible in the picture. Wooden floors I think. The persons bed, I think it was a futon, was laid out in a sort of concave area. On the walls were some either framed or printed canvas anime pictures or some shit, they were small but many. Next to the bedding area he had some tall glass cases with some anime figures or something (I think they had lights inside them? Maybe?). I think there was a window on the opposite wall from the bed. The PC and desk wall was adjacent to the wall with the concave bedding area. There may or may not have been a TV and couch on the window wall. Thanks in advance.

Originally got the LP2s as a christmas gift. Loved the sound, but I wanted something that was a little bit more portable. Then, when the m100s came out, I read the reviews and heard that the sound was far better equalized and I loved how they could fold closed. So I ended up buying myself some m100s. They are my main pair of cans, although I sometimes use the LP2s. Mainly when I'm traveling with friends (I use the share-cable with the built in splitter) or when the pads in my m100s get too warm (I like my pads cold like a pillow).

Thanks for your suggestions. I plan on getting a new desk eventually so I can fit some bigger speakers on it, and I should be getting some Phillips Hue Light Strips in a few weeks to put behind my desk. Should be cool.

You definitely don't need to spend thousands for diminishing returns in audio quality, but it's best spend near the ~$150 range for your first dip into great sound. You really don't know what you're missing if you've only had junk computer speakers.
General recommendations here include the Audioengine A2 and the Micca MB42x (very low-priced).

I think a bed in a shared room at a hostel will run from $20-$50/night, with capsule hotels being priced similarly but I haven't checked this in a while. You can usually get a single room at a business hotel for $40-$70 in Tokyo. Maybe cheaper, it's been a while since I booked a hotel outside peak season.

Transportation depends on what you're planning on doing, remember to factor it in.
