Coils no. Coils in fact increase interference afaik.
Although a bit of shielding makes the effect neglegible. Spiral cables are designed to functionality, ie streching.

Is it worth upgrading 3770K to a newer CPU for gaming? I plan on getting a new GPU soon and don't want it to be bottlenecked by anything else in my setup (2000MHz, DDR3).
It's OC'ed to 4.4GHz and I'll probably be getting a GTX 1070 or AMD equavilent (when they're announced) in the next few months and upgrading my monitor to a 1440p one.

Okay, for all of you network engineers/specialists, I'm new to networking and I'm a bit confused. What's the point of a patch panel, why not just use a switch or a router? And why even use a switch, when you can just use a router? It's my understanding that a router connects networks to other networks, like a home network to the web, and that a switch connects computers together, but nowdays don't most modern routers have switching capabilities? Also, correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't a network configuration go Modem>router>switch>patch panel>wall socket? Thanks you guys, I would really appreciate the help in understanding.

Out of curiosity, why do people think AMD is cheaper? Electricity in NYC is 35c a kwh, so it's either paying upfront (Intel) or paying later (AMD). Why even bother with AMD if Intel is just as performant, if not better, and cheaper in the long run?

Forgot to mention data scrapers and machine learning. Even if I try to keep my identities separate, that shit will get data mined and will use heuristics to figure out who is who based on metadata and the patterns in how people type out their text.
I'm scared that even all the anonymous stuff I've said on 4chan will get data mined and pinpointed to me someday, based on various heuristics.
