This is the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Released in 2012, It will get support for 256GB microsd cards (SDXC) and the latest CM ROM. How many iPhones from 2012 will get the microsd slot?
Just realized I've had my note 2 for 4 years. Won't be upgrading any time soon either. Thing still works great.
Memory Card slot microSD, up to 64 GB (dedicated slot)
Internal 16/32/64 GB, 2 GB RAM
also my friend has this phone, if he puts an sd bigger than 32, it lags like a motherfucker. he's probably on the stock rom though.
>256GB microsd cards
No it only has support for 64GB, still iPhones are shit, most of my friends have run out of storage on them.

Is it possible to see server loads through openvpn? The vpn service I use has a proprietary program that lists the loads of each server so I can choose the ones that will be fastest. Only issue is that it's not available for linux...
Where do I find i2p torrents? Is there a site like thepiratebay for i2p?

Is the E200HA the successor to the X205TA? I'm looking for a cheap netbook and am deciding between these:
X205TA
E200HA
E202SA
That said, I'd be willing to accept other recommendations assuming they can be found in this region.
Wait for Apollo Lake notebooks
>>55064274
Thanks for the heads up although I'm not sure I can wait until the end of the year for the manufacturers to actually release their products with the newer chips.
Are there any current gen netbooks that can be recommended?
googleing it seems as if the hardware support under linux is pure shit. no sound and no wifi. good like with this useless brick (E200HA) also same for the lenovo 100s
There is no more OSX. Enter MACOS. How does that make you feel.
>>55064162
There is no MacOS, only macOS. How does that make you feel?
They've gotten rid of the numbering system, which now allows them to evolve macOS more fluidly, like Chrome.

>All AMD had to show at e3 was cringey mustard race memes and more poorfag cards
when were you when Nvidia secured the entire GPU market?
>>55064142

With what? Overpriced enthusiast GPUs

Jesus if this were /pol/ you'd have a fucking leaf as a flag. Because you're that fucking shitty at bait

The most used GPUs on Steam are Nvidia's, AMD don't even makes it into the top 5.
Steam is virtually the whole PC gaming market.
Seems like nvidia got cucked hard by amd
It's a fake, those are TitanXs numbers with the 480 OC shopped in top of it

Explain this AMD cuck.
Why in the name of god do people keep using node.js for web servers? Serious question.
>>55064004
For the same reason people use MongoDB as database: They are retards.
It's the hip thing to do

Hey /g/, I'm looking for a new wireless router for my parents to use. I was thinking of pic related but I keep getting jewed by eBay. What routers do you guys use?
Also wireless networking general I guess.
>>55063951
The AirPort Extreme is one of the earliest ac routers released.
There are newer alternatives with faster speeds out now that you should consider instead.
Also the UI and preferences on the AirPort leaves a little to desire.
>>55063951
If you use T-Mobile as your carrier, ask for their free router. It's a rebranded RT-AC1750 that they give you for free.
>>55063996
>There are newer alternatives with faster speeds
No there aren't. 802.11ac on 5GHz is good for 866Mbps and that is it. Anything higher is them adding in the 2.4GHz band or MIMO.
Hi /g/, I have an idea for an application that will make me a rich. I've looked everywhere and it doesn't exist yet. The idea is pretty simple, but I would need to construct some sort of algorithm that can decode and detect certain pre-programmed sentences and keywords and then base a certain conclusion on the given input and show the user the result. What coding language should I learn to create such an application? I'm eager to learn.
Python
I never thought I'd say it, but Lisp
Writing a program to find reviews by shills? It has already been done.

>>55063874

Start by using minimal, and build up your system from group up.
Also, if you not satisfied how dependency being resolved - you are free to use --nodeps and such stuff, or just using another front end for apt, such as aptitude, for example.
>lying on the internet
>>55063874
I literally have no clue how you successfully installed ubuntu in the first place. The installer crashes or hangs constantly for me and never gets to the installation part proper.
Regardless, last I managed to install ubuntu (2010 or so), it was already not customizable for shit due to these fucked up dependencies.
So much for being about "choice".
Since I installed gentoo, I've never looked back.
Convince me to start learning python. Also, how much difference is there between 2.7 and 3?
>>55063822
Just learn 3 if you are starting out
The reasons to learn python:
easy
tons of modules for interacting with many programs
95% chance whatever you're doing has already been done and posted online
>>55063822
Easy to learn, easy to maintain because great readability, many libraries.
There are some differences between 2.7 and 3.X but if you learn one of them you can easy adapt to the other one.

ITT: we build a PC close to 300$ to outmatch the new XBOX One
>>55063492
>>55063596
picked up a 128GB SSD even though the new XBOX One has a 2TB hard drive it's definitely a shitty 5400RPM HD and let's be honest: file compression is a thing on pcs and you don't have spaces wasted with bloatware while also being able to add another SSD anytime you want.
