I'm trying out surf now with tabbed. It's too autistic for me, I'd prefer to use eww, because eww is built into GNU Emacs.

Hey guys, beginner computer builder/new to upgrades. So i'm planning to buy a new graphics card in the mere future, but my PC has integrated graphics. any help?
PC SPECS:
Intel i5 4440 @ 3.10GHz (I don't know how to overclock at all)
8 GB RAM
windows 8.1
300 watt power supply (big downer)
Intel integrated graphics 4600 (The shit that makes games horrible)
