Would you download a ~1GB 720p movie rip if it used 10-bit HEVC? Pic related is not 10-bit HEVC btw.
HEVC would make a ~1GB 720p movie look twice as good as a ~1GB 720p movie. 10-bit HEVC would go one step further and reduce color banding and improve quality a little bit for the same bitrate especially in dark scenes.

HEVC isn't really for 720p. It doesn't offer much over h.264 at that resolution, though it will hold together at lower bitrates. And 10bit won't reduce banding unless you're doing something to the source that would introduce it. An 8 bit encode of an 8 bit source doesn't add banding. To reduce banding requires you to deband. 10 bit allows you to retain high bit depth debanding.
You should use 10 bit anyway for the compression gain, it's just not gonna magically deband.
Would I watch YIFY? If there was nothing else.

I been avoiding taxes while using DHL thanks to Gearbest declaring everything at 50% of the value, but my last 3 DHL packages came with the real value declared and I had to pay taxes on the 3 packages.
Anyone that ordered in the last week using DHL shipping got the real value also declared? if they have stopped declaring 50% of the value, this is a said day for chink shopping.

I'm trying to set up keepass or some variant so I can have it running integrated in firefox in linux and use the database on android. I thought this would be pretty easy but firefox integration seems a fucking nightmare. Why is it so complicated?
I thought keepassx would be good enough but apparently the firefox addon for it requires you to add system files and according to the addon page requires keepass2 as well. Tried to install keepass2 just because I thought maybe it would be easier but no, a terrible interface which I can't even read because of whatever theme it is using.
Why is this recommended? Am I missing something here?

What do you mean by that?
By firefox integration I meant that there is some way to make firefox autocomplete the login/password. I've been using pass and there is a addon so you can display logins, copy/paste etc all from within the firefox menu but with keepass it seems you have to do it all from the separate keepass program window, pretty much how lastpass integrates in to the browser itself. It seems a bit cumbersome to me.

Keepassx does autocompletion of the password and username fields for you.
I just use alt+tab to switch between windows, CTL+B and CTL+Cto copy username and password respectively, and CTL+V to paste

I also note that the meaning of "technology" changed over time and come to mean "Computers and software". Sadly there is little progress outside these two areas, and even computing hardware progress experiences a slowdown. The moore's law is officially dead now.

So, mi PC (Laptop) is going slow and every day passes it goes slower. My PC is pic related a Win 7 SP1.
Already tried:

I wanted to try to restore PC to factory settings but i need a Win 7 disc which I haven't got.
Also i heard that i could change my OS to a Linux based which was way lighter but i read that a year ago or so so no longer remember.
